Morning hike:

Time: 8 am
Duration: 3.5 hours, 6 hours with hot springs
Includes: transportation, entrance fees, guide, drinks, lunch(with hot springs option)
Price: $35 per person, $86 per person including Baldi hot springs, $130 per person including Tabacon hot springs, $140 per person including The Springs hot springs.
We come to your hotel in the morning and drive you to El Silencio Reservation Park, where a guide will explain to you the history of the park as well as the volcano’s history since the large eruption in 1968. Then the guide takes you on a light hike through the rainforest towards the west, most active side of the volcano, where you will be able to see an abundance of wildlife.  Here you will be able to spot sloths, three different species of monkeys, toucans, leaf-eater ants and much more. Along with all these animals, you will be able to view the magnificent volcano (weather permitting) as the backdrop.  Afterwards, we can either drop you off at your hotel, or you can opt for a relaxing bath in the hot springs of your choice and have a delicious lunch.

Afternoon  hike:

We come pick you up at your hotel, along with a guide, we will take you to the west, most active side of the volcano. Along the way, you will be able to spot sloths, many different kinds of snakes and insect, mammals and birds, and learn about the vegetation. You will     walk on some old lava flow that has since been growing new forestation. The guide will      teach you about the history of the area and the volcano. Afterwards, you will either be dropped off at your hotel or at the Baldi or Tabacon hot springs.
